Competition Policy, Starting, Booking and Tee Markers
- Live Timesheets– Members are expected to book in at all times prior to playing on course. Please use the live timesheet feature to book and play at all times.
- Bookings can be made right up to hit off. We welcome members into the golfshop to report in to say hello anytime but not required if you are booked in. If you want to hit from a different starting tee please ask golfshop staff prior.
- Competition policy is attached below.
- Saturday mornings before 9am, all players will be charged $12 on their house account. There is no option for non comp play Saturday before 9am (except exceptional circumstances agreed prior to booking or new 7day members seeking a handicap round.
Guest Days 2025/26

Typically they are 1 guest per member and they fall on;
- Grand final day Saturday-after 11am- comp players only
- Easter Sunday after 11am
- Mothers Day after 11am
- New Years Day all day
- Open events- all open events- inc Medway Women’s Classic,
Some Saturdays and Sundays are open for 5 and 6 day members. Check top of timesheets for details.
