Visitors & Group Bookings

Visitor Golfers/ Guest Fees

Visitors are welcome at Medway Golf Club however, tee times are restricted and bookings are essential. Medway Mates have access to timesheets outside of peak member times or if tee times become available.

Course access to Interstate visitors or non members are typically:

Mondays – All Day,  Tuesday – after 1pm, Wednesday – All  Day, Thursdays – After 5pm. (Summer only), Fridays –  All Day, Saturday – no golf unless members of the club

Sundays – Social Groups are limited to after 12:00pm. Generally tee times available after 12pm every Sunday.

Reciprocal partner club members are charged 50% of the $80 green fee. Full reciprocal members can book via telephone. We encourage those visitors to enter the comp of the day.

Dress Regulations

The minimum standard requires clean, neat and tidy attire for both golfers and caddies, both on the course and in the clubhouse. Consideration and respect for the other members should be kept in mind at all times. It is the responsibility of each Member to ensure that they and their guests observe the Club’s dress rules.

On the Course

Dress code :

  • Neat casual golf attire is acceptable
  • Golf Shirts with a standard collar, crew or polo neck
  • Shorts may be of any length as long as neat and tidy. Cargo shorts acceptable.
  • Golf pants, tailored trousers.
  • Socks (when worn with shorts) can be ankle length or a sports type. 

UNACCEPTABLE:

  • Beachwear
  • Non-golf sportswear
  • Industrial clothing/workwear
  • Any tracksuit style 

 


In the Clubhouse

ACCEPTABLE:

  • Dress as for on the course 
  • Footwear can be conventional shoes as well as sandals, track or walking shoes and leisure shoes with or without socks.

UNACCEPTABLE:

  • Thongs (acceptable in summer on the deck)
  • Beachwear
  • Non-golf sportswear or industrial clothing/workwear

If you believe that your attire may offend or is not suitable, don’t wear it and consequently avoid any embarrassment that may result regarding playing golf or entry to the clubhouse.
