Medway Precinct Plan
The Board commissioned a professional golf consultancy to prepare a ‘Precinct Plan’ to address the need for us to improve practice facilities, remove old building and improve the accessibility and appearance of the ‘precinct’ around the club house, pro shop, tee areas and entrances.
The Board has reviewed and accepted the report. We are pleased that Well Played Precinct Plan added value to our requirements. The report is below as well as a copy of the presentation from the member info evening on Thursday December 4.
We thank those members who attended and for their questions and all feedback will be taken onboard.

Melbourne Water Sewer Project
Works are progressing on site with no delays now.
A permanent fence will be erected at Melbourne Waters expense along our boundary from the 14th tee to the 8th bunkers approx with temp fencing from there around the license area.
A Melbourne Water representative will conduct information sessions for members in late 2025.
